Do I need an appointment to drop off a repair?
Appointment needed during shop hours. We'll check you in, and you'll get a call or text within 24 hours with a free written diagnosis. For on-site home visits we do book ahead.
How long do most repairs take?
Most common PC, laptop, and console repairs are finished in 2 to 5 business days once we have the parts on hand. Complex board-level work can take longer. Rush service is available for an extra fee when you need it sooner.
Is diagnostics really free?
Yes, drop-off diagnostics are free. We give you a written quote with parts and labor broken out before any work starts. You only pay if you approve the repair. If you decide not to move forward, you pay nothing and pick up your device.
Do you come to my house?
For home networking, smart home installs, and residential IT support, yes. Repairs are drop-off or ship-in because we do the work at the bench with proper tools and parts. On-site service is $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
Do you work on Apple products?
We handle common Mac and MacBook issues including diagnostics, storage upgrades, and battery replacement on models where it's still serviceable. For newer MacBooks with soldered components, we'll tell you honestly when Apple Store is the better route.
What's your warranty?
Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue comes back within that window, we fix it at no charge. Our install work carries a separate warranty outlined in each project scope.
Can I ship my device to you?
Yes. Ship to 261 S 4th Street, Whitewater, WI 53190. Include a note with your name, phone, and a short description of the issue. We'll confirm receipt and send the free diagnostic within two business days of arrival.
